【摘要】:Thermomechanicalanalyzersareemployedintheirvariousmodesofoperation(penetration,expansion,flexure,etc.)tocharacterizeawiderangeofmaterials.Inmostcases,thevaluetobeassignedinthermomechanicalmeasurementsisthetemperatureofthetransition(orevent)understudy.Therefore,thetemperatureaxis(abscissa)ofallTMAthermalcurvesmustbeaccuratelycalibratedeitherbydirectreadingofatemperaturesensororbyadjustingtheprogrammertemperaturetomatchtheactualtemperatureoverthetemperaturerangeofinterest.1.1Thistestmethoddescribesthetemperaturecalibrationofthermomechanicalanalyzersfromx2212;50to1100x00B0;C.(SeeNote1.)1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3ThisstandardissimilartoISO11359x2013;1butaddressesalargertemperaturerangeandutilizesadditionalcalibrationmaterials.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninSection7andNote9.
