【摘要】:ThispartofISO14644specifiestestmethodsfordesignatedclassificationofairborneparticulatecleanlinessandforcharacterizingtheperformanceofcleanroomsandcleanzones.Performancetestsarespecifiedfortwotypesofcleanroomsandcleanzones:thosewithunidirectionalflowandthosewithnon-unidirectionalflow,inthreepossibleoccupancystates:as-built,at-restandoperational.Thetestmethodsrecommendtestapparatusandtestproceduresfordeterminingperformanceparameters.Wherethetestmethodisaffectedbythetypeofcleanroomorcleanzone,alternativeproceduresaresuggested.Forsomeofthetests,severaldifferentmethodsandapparatusarerecommendedtoaccommodatedifferentend-useconsiderations.AlternativemethodsnotincludedinthispartofISO14644maybeusedifbasedonagreementbetweencustomerandsupplier.Alternativemethodsdonotnecessarilyprovideequivalentmeasurements.ThispartofISO14644isnotapplicabletothemeasurementofproductsorofprocessesincleanroomsorseparativedevices.
