【摘要】:ISO14001:2004specifiesrequirementsforanenvironmentalmanagementsystemtoenableanorganizationtodevelopandimplementapolicyandobjectiveswhichtakeintoaccountlegalrequirementsandotherrequirementstowhichtheorganizationsubscribes,andinformationaboutsignificantenvironmentalaspects.Itappliestothoseenvironmentalaspectsthattheorganizationidentifiesasthosewhichitcancontrolandthosewhichitcaninfluence.Itdoesnotitselfstatespecificenvironmentalperformancecriteria.ISO14001:2004isapplicabletoanyorganizationthatwishestoestablish,implement,maintainandimproveanenvironmentalmanagementsystem,toassureitselfofconformitywithitsstatedenvironmentalpolicy,andtodemonstrateconformitywithISO14001:2004bya)makingaself-determinationandself-declaration,orb)seekingconfirmationofitsconformancebypartieshavinganinterestintheorganization,suchascustomers,orc)seekingconfirmationofitsself-declarationbyapartyexternaltotheorganization,ord)seekingcertification/registrationofitsenvironmentalmanagementsystembyanexternalorganization.AlltherequirementsinISO14001:2004areintendedtobeincorporatedintoanyenvironmentalmanagementsystem.Theextentoftheapplicationwilldependonfactorssuchastheenvironmentalpolicyoftheorganization,thenatureofitsactivities,productsandservicesandthelocationwhereandtheconditionsinwhichitfunctions.ISO14001:2004alsoprovides,inAnnexA,informativeguidanceonitsuse.
