【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportgivesrecommendations,mainlytodesignersandmanufacturersofintegratedcircuits,inordertoarriveatsymbolsfordeviceswithaconsistentuseofmnemonicsandqualifyingsymbols.Itisintendedtoservetwopurposes,namely:–forwhite-boxsymbols,itgivesareviewofstandardizeddesignations;–forgray-boxsymbols,itisintendedtolimittherangeofpossiblevariations.White-boxsymbolsaresymbolsinwhichthefunctionalbehaviourofanelementisfullydescribedbystandardizedmeans;therelevantrulesandexplanationsaretobefoundinIEC60617intheapplicationnotesassociatedwiththesymbolsS01463…S01730(A00269…A00315)forbinarylogicelements,andwiththesymbolsS01748…S01806(A00281,A00296,A00321…A00330)foranalogueelements.Gray-boxsymbolsaresymbolsinwhichthefunctionalbehaviourofanelement,mostlybecauseofitscomplexity,is(partly)describedbyothermeansthanthoseusedforwhite-boxsymbols,particularlybyreferringtosupportingdocumentation;therelevantrulesandexplanationsaretobefoundinIEC60617intheapplicationnotesassociatedwiththesymbolsS01731…S01747(A00317…A00319).WhereinthefollowingtablestheletterWisshowninthesecondcolumn,thismeansthatthedesignationconcernedmaybeusedinwhite-boxsymbols,aswellasingray-boxsymbols.AletterGinthesecondcolumnmeansthatthedesignationconcernedmayonlybeusedingrayboxsymbols,orinwhite-boxsymbolsbetweensquarebrackets(e.g.[PDN]asadditionalinformationfor“powerdown”).Inthesetables,theEnglishdescriptionsappearinthethirdcolumnandtheFrenchinthefourth,becauseinmanycasesdesignationsarederivedfromtermsinEnglish.Wherethelettermisused,itshallbereplacedbytherelevantvalue,identifyingnumber,cyclelength,numberofbitsorsequentialnumber,aseachcasedemands(withtheexceptionofAmforgainadjust).Wherem1×m2isshown,m1shallbereplacedbythenumberofwordsandm2bythenumberofbitsperword.SeesymbolsS01706…S01722.
