【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60519dealswithsafetyofelectroheatinstallationswithelectronguns.Itappliestoalltheelectroheatapplicationswithelectronguns.Thisstandard,whilstpreparedforelectroheatinstallationswithelectrongunsmay,however,alsobeusedfornon-thermalapplicationswithelectrongunsandequipmentemployingglowdischargesystems,whereapplicable.Thisstandardappliesalsotohigh-voltagesourcesfeedingelectronguns.AllrequirementsofIEC60519-1apply.AdditionalrequirementsforinstallationscoveredbythispartofthestandardaregiveninClauses6to16.
